New Patients

Please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to your first appointment. Our staff will verify your coverage and discuss any potential out-of-pocket costs with you.

Referrals to Specialists

You do not need a referral from another doctor to see Dr. Prathipati. If, during your care with us, you require a referral to see a specialist, our office can assist you with the process based on your insurance plan's requirements.
